At 8One Burger, we are continuously expanding through a carefully planned growth strategy.

If you own a commercial property, represent a property owner, or know of a location, we invite you to submit its details.

Once your submission is received, our Expansion Team will carefully review the information.

Preferred Location Criteria

To increase the likelihood of approval, we generally look for locations with the following characteristics:

• Located on a main street or in a high-traffic commercial area.
• High residential density or strong commercial activity.
• Easy vehicle and pedestrian access.
• Sufficient parking availability.
• Suitable space for restaurant operations.
• Excellent street visibility with a prominent storefront.

Note: Every location is evaluated individually. Not meeting all criteria does not automatically disqualify a property.
